The catch is, this is surfing on their portals only, but it’s still a nice step in the right direction.

switzerland is far behind all the other countries, including the East Countries like Czech or Slovak republic, Polen aso.
For example, you get unlimited GPRS access in Slovak republik for as low as 15 CHF/mont with no data volume restrictions.
15 CHF is apx.1/60 th from a normal sallary.
